The bus
took us to the Taiyuan airport and Mary and Rebecca helped us through check-in
etc. Then farewell to the guides and another 15-16 hours to Brisbane (arriving
9.00am Monday 26th)
General assessment
Excellent
group of people and well organised. China has changed a lot since we were last
here (13 years ago). So much so that Marg’s hoping to join Bryan’s Chinese Culture class
and we may go on another of their tours. Two weeks is about the longest we are
comfortable with (except to Sri Lanka)
